We want you to love your JAINIKA piece. If it isn’t quite right, we make returns and exchanges simple.
15 Day Returns
You may return any unworn, undamaged piece in its original packaging within 15 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Signature Edit and made-to-order pieces are final sale unless defective.
How to Initiate a Return
- Email hello@jainika.in with your order number and reason for return, or reach out via Contact Us.
- Our concierge team will confirm eligibility and share pickup or drop-off instructions within 24 hours.
- Once we receive and inspect the piece, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Exchanges
Prefer a different size or design? We’re happy to exchange your piece for another of equal or greater value (with the difference payable) within the same 15-day window.
Non-Returnable Items
- Custom or made-to-order pieces
- Pieces showing signs of wear, damage or alteration
- Gift cards
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the piece and packaging, and we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
