1-Year Plating & Craftsmanship Warranty
All JAINIKA jewellery carries a complimentary 1-year warranty covering plating durability and manufacturing defects under normal wear. If your piece tarnishes, discolours or shows a manufacturing fault within 12 months of purchase, we will repair or replace it free of charge.
Lifetime Polishing
Beyond the warranty period, JAINIKA offers complimentary lifetime polishing so your pieces can be restored to their original shine for as long as you own them. Simply reach out via Contact Us to arrange a polishing service.

- Damage from accidents, misuse or improper storage
- Normal wear and tear beyond plating durability
