From Sketch to Wax
Once a design is finalised, our artisans hand-carve a wax model or work from a precision CAD file. This model becomes the master mould for casting in 18K gold.
The Art of Setting
Setting stones is perhaps the most delicate stage. Our craftsmen — many trained for over a decade — place each stone by hand, checking angle and alignment under magnification to ensure every piece catches light exactly as intended.
Finishing and Polishing
A piece is polished in multiple stages, each one refining the surface further, before a final quality inspection checks for symmetry, stone security and overall finish.
Why It Matters
Machine-made jewellery can replicate a shape, but it cannot replicate the judgement of a craftsman who has spent years learning how gold moves, how light plays across a facet, or when a setting is truly secure. That is the difference we hope you feel every time you wear a JAINIKA piece.
